do you see Guidelines on top of the page?

What about the overarching “Bioequivalence Studies with Pharmacokinetic Endpoints for Drugs Submitted Under an ANDA”? If in doubt, initiate a Controlled Correspondence. Otherwise, you risk an R-t-R.
