Hi Elena777 Supposed that you have already installed bear correctly. After opening RStudio (or R console), please type library(bear) , and then type go() . Now you have GUI of bear. Click the pop-down menu under I want to do: (the second item of the left panel) and select sample size estimation . Another GUI will pup-up. This GUI is for sample size estimation. However, I would like to strongly recommend that you should consider using PowerTOST package for sample size estimation.[edited] PS. if you like to know how to install bear or how to use PowerTOST, please search the Forum. — All the best, -- Yung-jin Lee bear v2.9.1:- created by Hsin-ya Lee & Yung-jin Lee Kaohsiung, Taiwan https://www.pkpd168.com/bear Download link (updated) -> here |
