CI equation for 4 Period, 2 sequences "Full Replicate" [RSABE / ABEL]

Dear All,

I want to know the equation used to calculate the CI for 4 period, 2 sequences BE study using sequences:

Seq1: TRTR
Seq2: RTRT

According to my knowledge the Degree of Freedom used in the equation is (n1+n2)-2. However, I am afraid that the DF shall be 3n-4. So, which one shall I use

Thanks.

DF for 4 Period, 2 sequences "Full Replicate"

Salam Mohamed,

❝ […] 4 period, 2 sequences BE study using sequences:

❝ […] the DF shall be 3n-4.

Correct. If you have unequal sequences 3(n1+n2)–4.
