Pulling intrasubject CVs from Full Replicate SAS Routine [RSABE / ABEL]

Hi,

Need some help. Does anyone know how to extract the intrasubject CV from FDA's fully replicate SAS routine for the 90% confidence interval computation? I know I can get such number by plugging in the sample size, T/R Ratio and CI into PowerTost but I want to find out where to extract the number from SAS... I think I asked this question before (from the covariance matrix) but I don't think I have gotten a clear answer...

Thanks
John

Sorry everyone. I made a typo in the original post. I meant to ask about extracting the intersubject CV, not intra.

Thanks

Hi John,

I think you should extract the ods output for G-matrix from proc mixed and use the variances in there to calculate CV's.
