Dear All,

How to calculate PK parameters Cmax1, AUC0-tmax1,Tmec (Time to minimum effective concentration Range of 6-10 ug/mL within the first 60 minutes), OT0-12, AUC0-Tmec in Phoenix WinNonlin 6.4. Please suggest for following data

Dear MGR,

If you want to get the detailed answer with example (as usual), please try to submit your question to the Phoenix forum (Helmut gave you a link some time ago).
Bebac platform is good place for discussion and some coding, but I really doubt that someone is ready to help you with simple Data/NCA manipulation in Phoenix here. [I saw only Helmut's posts with some instructions for difficult cases, but I would not hope last year] No offence ;-)
