Error of Bear [🇷 for BE/BA]

Hi All,

I have uploaded data from csv for NCA and bear returned the following error:

Error in `contrasts<-`(`*tmp*`, value = contr.funs[1 + isOF[nn]]) :
contrasts can be applied only to factors with 2 or more levels

I used another csv and bear worked properly.
Maybe anything wrong with data?

please give more info for error

Dear BE-proff,

Could you be more specific or clarify how you got this error before I can help? I really have no idea what it is going on. Thanks.

 cannot reproduce the error

Dear BE-proff,

I still confused how you got the situation as your attached screenshot. Look like that NCA has been done and was ready to run anova. But it should be like this picture as attached. I still cannot reproduce your error. Sorry about this.

insufficient data points for lambda_z estimation

Dear BE-proff,

I may know this error. It means that you do not have enough data points to perform linear regression to obtain the terminal elimination rate constant (ke or lambdaz). I will suggest that you check your dataset carefully and delete the suspected subjects (all periods) with insufficient data points (esp. the one with many NA after Tmax). Alternately, you can choose "manual selection" for lambdaz estimation. It will provide you more clear information about the data quality of each subject. BTW, this error occurs before doing NCA.
