 Cτss in Phoenix/WinNonlin 6.3 [Software]

Dear All,

I need to report pk parameter Cτss for one of the steady state bioequivalence study. Could we calculate the pk parameter Cτss in Phoenix WinNonlin version 6.3? Cτss is the concentration at the end of the dosing interval at steady state. Could we use Clast = Cτss; as Clast is available in current version software?

Thanks

MMW

 Estimated Cτss

Hi MMW,

❝ Could we calculate the pk parameter Cτss in Phoenix WinNonlin version 6.3?

If you have reliable estimates (≥3 data points) of λz, yes. See this presentation (slides 16–19). Easy to implement the formula(s) with a few custom transformations In PHX/WNL. Does not only help to correct for deviations from the planned sampling schedule but also – more importantly – to deal with missing values.

❝ Could we use Clast = Cτss; as Clast is available in current version software?

I would do so only as a last resort if the option above is not possible.
