 Analysis for PK Parameters using Win­Non­lin [Software]

Hi All,

Can we calculate PK parameters by using WinNonlin 6.3 for the Ophthalmology drugs?

Please see the below FDA Recommendation for a drug which we have to do analysis: Tobradex

If so, could you please provide if any articles or data on this type of analysis?

I don't see why not - I skimmed the link and didn't see any particular reason why you might have this concern. Is there some parameter or calculation in particular you think might be difficult?

Is there any guide on this with example in Phoenix documents, if so could you please give me the reference. As I am new to this type of analysis, Moreover I am not a PK expert :-(.
