Hi All, Can we calculate PK parameters by using WinNonlin 6.3 for the Ophthalmology drugs? Please see the below FDA Recommendation for a drug which we have to do analysis: Tobradex If so, could you please provide if any articles or data on this type of analysis? Thanks in advance. — Regards, MGR |

Is there some parameter or calculation in particular you think might be difficult?
