 SAS procedure for bootstrapping

Hi,

❝ 1. Is that software freely downloadable?

Yes, please see this post by Helmut. I downloaded it while ago. It's still on SourceForge website. Please read the Description part. It sounds like that it is what you need.

❝ 2. If we submit that results to FDA, is it acceptable?

Don't know that. Sorry about this. Does FDA assign any software tool for this?

❝ I searched in google i can't find any sas programme for this type. Pls can you help in this regard.

We all use same google search engine...
