wilcoxon signed rank test & Tmax [Nonparametrics]

I have one question about Tmax. In a 2*2 cross-over BE study. I want to test the Tmax used in Wilcoxon signed rank test. p-value less than 0.05. how to justify?

 Statistical significance ≠ clinical relevance

Hi anji,

❝ In a 2*2 cross-over BE study. I want to test the Tmax used in Wilcoxon signed rank test.

Almost (see Detlew’s post).

❝ p-value less than 0.05.

Happens sometimes. See the last paragraph of this post.

❝ how to justify?

What do you want to “justify”?
