Greetings for the day!!!

Regarding Linagliptin/Metformin Hydrochloride film-coated tablets 2.5mg/1000mg Fed BE Study

Linagliptin Tmax is unexpectedly different and out of the range of 1-7 hours that the reference should be with 9 of 24 subjects having over 12 hours in Tmax.

any one can explain regarding what could be the reason for this.

As per SBOA below Tmax range was observed!

I have not searched much, but even for Linagliptin alone formulation- higher Tmax can be seen.
