 Diabeta PK Profile [PK / PD]

Hi,

Does anyone have experience with Diabeta (Glyburide IR)? I ran a few studies and the fasting data looks really funny with some subjects (7/48) having long lagtime like 4 - 5 hours... The test product also show similar profiles (4/48 subjects). Glyburide is a low soluble and high permeable drug (BCS 2)....
