 3 way ABE Stat Model [General Statistics]

Hi,
I am confused :confused: about the statistical model equations for 3 way ABE studies. Are the 2 way ABE equations applicable?
Thanks
Nasir

What do you mean? Please be more specific. You mean in SAS?
You can use either Proc GLM or Proc Mixed (some uses Proc Mixed) in SAS to evaluate the data.

 3 way ABE Stat Model

Hi John,

I mean theoretical model equations not in specific program. For example:

Yijkl = mk +gikl +dijk +eijkl

where i = 1,Ks indicates sequence, 1, i j = Kn indicates subject within sequence i, k = R, T indicates treatment, l =1, 2 indicates replicate on treatment k for subjects within sequence i. ijkl Y is the response of replicate l on treatment k for subject j in sequence i , ikl g represents the fixed effect of replicate l on treatment k in sequence i , ijk d is the random subject effect for subject j in sequence i on treatment k , and ijkl e is the random error for subject j within sequence i on replicate l of treatment k .

I hope I made my self clear.
Nasir
