Dear Hiren,

❝ Once the infusion is over pharmacologically the only phase running in human body is elimination of drug as absorption is completed (end of infusion). Then shouldn't we consider all the time points after the end of infusion time as here in this case we are sure that after what particular time only elimination happens.


No: you may have a distribution phase first. Infusion does not mean monocompartmental PK. You still need to only consider the terminal elimination phase.
