I would like to further post on this...

Concider a case of IV Infusion with very slow rate. Once the infusion is over pharmacologically the only phase running in human body is elimination of drug as absorption is completed (end of infusion).

Then shouldnt we concider all the time points after the end of infusion time as here in this case we are very sure that after what particular time only elimination rules.

And if we go by regression it would be a bias as all the points after the infusion is over must be concidered as you are very sure where the lone elimination phase has begins against the extravascular dosage forms where it is better to start your Kel calculation from bottom as you are not sure when does the absorption stops.
