Dear Vidula,

❝ We are actually calculating sample size for a clinical trial where the outcome is a continuous variable, and we are using 4 different treatments (3 drugs, 1 placebo), one cycle each for one individual.

Sorry but this goes beyond the purposes of this forum.
Cough, and it is anything but simple.
