Dear,

According to GCP it is not mentioned that some particular person can do dosing.

so GCP says "each individual involved in conducting a clinical trial should be qualified by education, training and experience to perform his or her respective tasks".

now i think i have cleared.

but in my opinion he or she should be a trained pharmacist.
