Dear Raghavendra,
Have you perhaps looked in the Examples guide and project folders provided with Phoenix WinNonin? e.g. EX9_Bioequivalence.phxproj, where 2x2 as well as other designs are illustrated ?

C:\Program Files\Pharsight\Phoenix\application\Examples\Projects\WinNonlin

if you open that Project and then right-click on the workflow you can save a ***.WNLT template. However I would think it better to start with your own data structure to build a template more easily re-used within your organisation. Don't forget the value of right-clicking in the workfow diagram to add "data links" before making your template.

Simon.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice.
