Dear Helmut,

I noticed that d_labes got the same dataset as yours (df = 18 in his post), but he used v2.4.1. I also download bear (v2.4.2) installation file (bear_2.4.2.tar.gz) from one of CRAN ftp sites, and unzip it to view the dataset file (../bear/data/Paralleldata.r) for parallel. It is the new dataste with 27 subjects (test: 14's, ref.: 13's). So I don't know why your dataset was not updated simultaneously when you updated bear to v2.4.2. I'll try to find out what it's going on. Thanks for your message.

❝ well I'm also running v2.4.2 here. I got the 20 subjects data-set from the parallel-demo output 'lme_stat.txt'...

All the best,
