Dear Naresh!

❝ I have read User's Guide (WinNonlin5.2) but not get required answer.

Answer to which question? Why didn't you contact Pharsight's support?

❝ Kindly tell me, whether my results are correct or not?

Yes, they are. A note for Phoenix-Users: Cmax is not included in the estimation of lambdaz by default (on the contrary to previous versions of WinNonlin), therefore:
  Lambda_z     0.0953

Just out of curiosity: why did you sample beyond the last dosing interval (108 h)?

Always listen to experts.
They’ll tell you what can’t be done and why.
