Statistical analysis of a steady state study [PK / PD]

Hi to all,

As we are dealing with a steady state study, can any one guide me how to perform the statistical analysis, the parameters calculated (AUC0-tau, %PTF)or are there any other parameters to be calculated for steady state study. If there are any sites or information regarding steady state statistical analysis. Kindly let me know.

And also please tell me the which procedure (ANOVA- Linear Model) and tests to be used for statistical analysis using SAS software.
