Dear EM,
I donot understand what do you mean by replicated dosing in the parallel arms to get the CV.

In my query posted on 19/11/08, in one two-way cross-over pilot study, subjects were dosed two times in the study. And in another pilot study with parallel design for long half-life drug, subjects were dosed only once in the study.
