Dear Dr. Muneesh,

this goes beyond my knowledge unfortunately.
I have no experience with SAS, and I have never powered a study myself. You should rely on people who are more competent than I am.
But you mention you did a parallel pilot study; just to make sure I understand it, did you apply replicated dosing in the parallel arms to get the CV?
