Dear Dr Muneesh,

Perhaps I missed something, so please allow a technicality for my own clarification: With a pilot study, how could you have an estimated CV but not an estimated T/R - what type of pilot study would provide it and why would such a pilot study be prioritised over others that address T/R more directly?
