Do I get you right that you want to get the within-subject within-subject \(\small{CV_\text{w}}\)? The template gives you only the within-subject of the reference \(\small{CV_\text{wR}}\). Start with the pooled variance$$s_\text{w}^2=\frac{s_\text{wR}^2+s_\text{wT}^2}{2}\tag{1}$$and then as usual$$CV_\text{w}\,(\%)=100\,\sqrt{\exp(s_\text{w}^2)-1}\tag{2}$$My setup:

           Results → Output Data → Final Variance Parameters
           right click, Send to ► Data Management ► Dw Data Wizard → Select Object → ABE
Filter → Add ⦿ Selection (Exclude) → highlight the first three rows OK
▶️ in the top menu to execute
You should get a table with the estimated \(\small{s_\text{wR}^2}\) in the first row and \(\small{s_\text{wT}^2}\) in the second.

BTW, why do you need it?
