Dear Helmut,

I like that I've found it on the forum. Just want to make a small typo fix if you don't mind

C₀ = D/V_F
A₁ = C₀[k₀₁/(k₀₁-k₁₀)]e^{k₁₀·t_lag} and α₁ = k₁₀
A₂ = C₀[k₀₁/(k₀₁-k₁₀)]e^{k₀₁·t_lag} and α₂ = k₀₁
t₀ = [ln(A₂) – ln(A₁)]/(k₀₁ – k₁₀); check: t₀ = t_lag?
C = A₁e^-α₁t - A₂e^-α₂t
