Calculation of AUC0-72 [NCA / SHAM]

Dear all

in BA/BE study i need to calculate AUC0-72 instead of AUClast and AUCinf how can i calculate this value by using winnonlin.

How many minimum concentrations requried for calculation of t1/2 and Kel.
