Hi all,

re. FDA Ciclosporine draft guidance:

Does anyone know where I should start to get to grips with Earth-mover's distance for real and in practice?
Wikipedia, the reference indicated in the guidance and some random googling hasn't given me a solid basis for understanding anything, much less for doing anything of value with it.

Note that the footnote opens up the possibility of using some other statistical similarity measures, and I hope to go that way, but let us for the purpose of this thread discuss EMD only :-D:confused::pirate:

if (3) 4

Best regards,

Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful,
is the basic building block of the universe.
I dispute that. I say there is more stupidity than hydrogen,
and that is the basic building block of the universe.    Frank Zappa
