Dear All,

One of our client give us a comment that we should correct %isotope enrichment from %assay calculation of stable labelled isotope to get more accuracy for %assay value. However, we think that it is not necessary to do it that way as we add same amount of internal standard in single reaction so that this will not have any impact on quantitation.

I would like to hear opinion from the experts in BE/BA forum.

Will we need to correct %isotope enrichment from %assay calculation of internal standard?

Thank you so much!

TK
