Hi all,

I have to admit, when I audit or inspect I always do D.A. 'by manual count' if circumstances allow, and I usually do not get it right in the first attempt. It usually takes several tries and re-reading of dosing forms, receipt records, pharmacy binders etc., before the figures check out even though this is only a matter of addition and subtraction. It is rather comforting to see that I am not the only one who is occasionally struggling.

:-D:-D:-D
Wishing you all a good weekend.
