AUC0-tau at steady state [NCA / SHAM]

Am I missing something? Why would you evaluate lambda since AUC0-tau (dosing interval 24 hr) is a steady state Area under curve parameter which doesn't require lambda. Lambda is needed if you want to calculate AUC0-inf.
