Hello!

Usually steady state techniques are conducted to maintain constant free drug in plasma with equal elimination. It applies for drugs which come under Time dependent activity.

My question,

1. In what case or particular class of drugs we should go for steady state studies in comparitive BA or BE studies?

2. How does Vidagliptin/metformin (fdc) comes under steady state studies?

Appreciating in advance for your response.

Thank you.

With warm regards,
T. Vijith
