Hello Friends,
  1. In sublingual (SL) dosage forms, should we keep the exclusion of subjects data based on Emesis criteria?
  2. If 'yes' what should be the criteria for exclusion? (Subjects having emesis within 2 times median Tmax or any time during the dosing interval)
  3. I have a case where SL absorption of a particular drug is 5%, 50%, 90%. What should be the emesis criteria for these drugs?

:confused::confused::confused:
