Yes, why not – if you really are able to match the viscosity of the FDA’s standard meal (just look at the penultimate paragraph of my previous post).

Anyhow, as already said, acceptance depends on the particular country’s guideline. For many countries your proposed standard meal should be OK; for the USA I still have some doubts.
