Yes there are other tests. You can't really use Wil Test because it's for 2 treatment comparisons.

In a three treatment, three period, three sequece design (two test formulations and one reference formulation with the sequences as T1-R-T2, R-T2-T1, and T2-T1-R), can we use Wilcoxon signed rank test for Tmax? If not, what can we do to statistically evaluate Tmax?
