However, as you mentioned that by considering the obtained T/R ratio, a higher sample size would be required.

Could you please let me know that what could be in approx sample size if study is repeated?

Secondly, as per our formulation experts team, they mentioned that as T/R ratio is quite well near 110% for both parameters, the reformulation might not be required in this case.

Please advice.
