Bioequivalence and Bioavailability Forum

I've been following this forum now for a few months, but I'm really new in the field of PK/PD.
I would like to know if it's possible to calculate the bioequivalence while only having the concentrations and %RSD.
I have found some threads on this forum like this link, but they all start with all the subjects used, not with the %RSD.

Here is an example:
