Dear all,

I wonder if somebody has experience in defining optimal individualized sampling time points based on an available PopPK model.

PopPK model is available providing a predicted PK-curve for a given subject based on his/her covariates
These curves can differ heavily between subjects (based on their covariates)
For this reason, I think an optimal individualized PK-sampling scheme for a given subject might be useful.

Any ideas and suggestions (e.g. literature) are highly appreciated
