❝ Nope. I only once translated a two-sequence absorption model (MPH ) from my classical WNL-code to PHX. Took me days… I’m too busy right now to give you the details – I suggest to ask at Pharsight’s Extranet in the meantime. It would be useful if you could upload a project containing data of one profile.

I made a model for biphasic (or mixture) release as well for a drug but this enterohepatic gets me beacause I don't know the amount from the biliary compartment to begin with (brain cramp for now). I will post something later for you to play with when you have time.
