Hi Helmut,

❝ Gabrielsson/Weiner (all editions) contains “PK40” in classical WinNonlin-code. I modified it a while ago for po dosing. In my experience the biggest obstacle was finding constraints for the gall bladder emptying time if the reabsorbed fraction was not pronounced. More an art than science.

Question... Have you tried using the graphic editor in Phoenix to do this? How do you factor in the bile emptying interval (or the "lagtime" before the bile is released into the gut and subsquently the reabsorption from the GI")?

Thanks

John
