Yes. We follow your suggestion to implement TTT method.

You're absolutely right. Question is how we are going to set the maximum number of time points? How to define a reasonable number of points? If there is a acceptable number, your suggestion should be easy to implement. It will sound like the combination way of the TTT method with adj. R2 (Ace's proposed algorithm and WinNonlin method).
