John: Thanks for the update. I did not count missing subjects. The number of subjects who completed both R1 and R2 =73 for the full replicate data set.

I checked it three times. I did not use the subject numbers in the rows. I used the row numbers (this takes into account missing subject numbers). The subjects are numbered 1 to 78, but there are only 73 rows of subjects in the study.

The number of subjects who completed T1 and T2=69 subjects. {Four subjects missed a treatment with T2}.

So the number of degrees of freedom for R and T is 71 and 67, respectively.

That is what I have. Please can you check?
