Dear all,

I have a doubt regarding "compensation calculations". I know that in India most of Bio equivalence centers were paying compensation to volunteers on the basis of total number of blood draws. The amount paid was proportional to number of blood draws. Is this calculation is acceptable to IRB/IEC in view of ethics?

I even know another alternative - paying the compensation per hour during in-house stay (BE centre) of volunteer. Here by I am requesting you all suggest me better one from view of ethics/IRB/IEC.

Would appreciate you valuable suggestion !

Many people tend to look at programming styles and languages like religions:
