Dear All,

I would be grateful if I could get answers to following queries,
  1. Can 100 mg diclofenac sodium IVIVC data be used to predict the in-vivo performance of 100 mg diclofenac potassium formulation?
  2. If we have IVIVC data for 50 mg diclofenac potassium, can it be used for 100 mg formulation given that the excipients are also different?

I need to develop a research formulation and could not find a satisfactory answer in the literature that's why i need guidance in this regard.

thanks and regards
