Dear Andrew,

I had a very high opinion of the English breakfast, until I went to Ireland... I'm still salivating when thinking of the breakfast menu at my hotel...

Why are my fellow Frenchmen, so proud of their cuisine (and with every reason to be), satisfied with just some bread and butter and jam, and a cup of coffee ?
